Ballet Westside Dance Studio

Performing Company

The Ballet Westside Performing Company was created for students who wish to pursue their dance careers. Students may be asked to audition for placement in the company. Interested students must be 9 years of age, have an interest in dance, and a determination to succeed at dance. Company members are required to attend a minimum of 2 lessons per week plus any special rehearsals that are called.

Company members make trips to various dance seminars and dance related functions. The goal of the Ballet Westside Performing Company is to let the more serious student realize his or her potential by performing and observing the art of dance. Company members perform annually at the Frisco Festival in downtown Rogers, the Rogers Christmas Parade, various schools and retirement facilities. These students work very hard at their art and have become very well known throughout the area.

Company classes have traveled to Orlando, Florida to perform at the Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center at Walt Disney World Resort, aboard Premiere Cruise Line’s U.S.S. Oceanic in The Bahamas, and have competed at a regional level in Kansas City, Little Rock, Joplin, Tulsa, and Branson and at a national level in Las Vegas, New York City, Orlando, and Hot Springs.

Most recently,  company members traveled to Hot Springs, AR to compete at the Talent on Parade National Finals, winning numerous awards.
