RECITALS
The studio will host at least two shows for the 2008/2009 dance year. Projected recital dates are June 6th and 7th, 2009. Please keep the recital dates in mind when making vacation plans, etc. Participating in the recital is not a requirement for attending monthly classes, but teachers need to be notified ASAP if your child will not be participating in the recital.
RECITAL FEES/TICKETS
A recital fee of $35.00 per student will be due by March 13th, 2009. Families with more than one child participating in dance will pay a recital fee of $45.00. With your paid recital fee you will receive four free tickets for the recital your child will be performing in. Multi-student families who pay the $45.00 recital fee will receive six free tickets. Tickets will be required for admission to the recitals. A voucher will be issued when you pay your recital fee that will allow you to pick up your free tickets on our ticket sales day. Recitals are reserved seating. Dates for our ticket sales days for each recital will be announced in March. Reserved seating is on a first come, first served basis for ticket pickup days. Graduating Seniors will be the only exception to this rule. Additional tickets beyond the four or six free tickets will be available for purchase at the tickets sales day or at the door at the recital. Recital fees help pay for the auditorium rental, technical crew, scenery, janitorial fees, etc. Students with outstanding balances on tuition, costumes, recital fees, etc will not be allowed to pick up their tickets until payment is received in full. COSTUMES
Standardized costume prices are as follows: children sized costumes will be $55.00 per costume, adult sized costumes will be $65.00 per costume. Costume deposits of $25.00 per costume will be due by October 10th, 2008. The remaining balance will be due no later than January 10th, 2009. Parents needing installment plans because of multiple costumes or students may pay installments starting in September until the costumes are paid for in January. Please check with the front desk on these arrangements. Please always make separate checks for costume payments and tuition. Please include your child’s name on all checks. Costume deposits are not refundable after December 12th. Beginner students usually have only one costume.
Costumes will not be ordered for students not paying their costume deposits by the due dates. If costumes have to be ordered at a later date, a $10.00 service fee will be applied. Students not paying their final costume balances will not receive their recital tickets or costumes until the balances are paid in full. |
